Cancellation and Refund Policy

An in-depth hand analysis involves an investment of time on my part before the actual scheduled appointment. The actual analysis of the hands (the prep work) is done before our session to avoid any downtime and to be as productive as possible with the time that we have. As such, the following terms apply:

1. A full refund is only available if you cancel with more than a 24-hour notice.

2. No refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

3. Appointments may be rescheduled, however, if they are rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you are still ineligible for a refund. This is because the analysis/prep work has already been completed.

4. Exceptions will only be made on a case-by-case basis due to emergency situations.
